X-TubeProcessor®_Sign

The X-TubeProcessor®_Sign is an automated labeling system designed for high-quality identification of tubes and vials across a wide range of formats (0.5 ml to 50 ml).

Featuring an adaptive gripper system and a 600 dpi print module, the Sign ensures precise and durable labeling of glass and plastic containers, including cryovials, HPLC vials, and FACS tubes. Mixed-format processing is supported without manual changeover.

The X-TubeProcessor®_Sign:

  • Supports tubes and vials from approx. 0.5–50 ml
  • Uses an adaptive gripper system for flexible tube handling
  • Delivers high-resolution labeling at 600 dpi
  • Supports SBS and custom rack formats
  • Integrates via REST API into LIMS and ERP systems
  • Enables full traceability with TwinCode identification

X-TubeProcessor®_Smart 2.0

The X-TubeProcessor®_Smart 2.0 is a compact 3-in-1 automation system combining dispensing, capping/decapping, and labeling in a single platform. It is designed for flexible and reproducible tube and vial processing within a small benchtop footprint.

The system processes a wide range of labware from 0.5–15 ml and supports mixed tube formats without gripper change. Smart 2.0 enables fully integrated workflows for sample preparation and handling.

The X-TubeProcessor®_Smart 2.0:

  • Combines dispensing, capping/decapping, and labeling in one system
  • Supports tubes and vials from 0.5–15 ml
  • Offers configurable dispensing via peristaltic or micro annular gear pumps
  • Provides up to approx. 370 tubes per hour (workflow-dependent)
  • Processes up to 6 SBS racks in parallel
  • Uses TwinCode for tube-specific traceability
  • Operates via the X-Control software platform with audit trail and LIMS/ERP connectivity

X-TubeProcessor®_Basic

The X-TubeProcessor®_Basic is an entry-level automation system for reliable tube handling, focusing on automated screwing and unscrewing of micro screw tubes with controlled torque.

Designed as a modular platform, it allows laboratories to start with basic automation and expand functionality over time with optional modules for labeling, sorting, and rack handling.

The X-TubeProcessor®_Basic:

  • Automates screwing and unscrewing of micro screw tubes
  • Uses integrated cap feeding with controlled torque application
  • Supports up to 96-tube racks or 2 SBS racks in standard configuration
  • Can be expanded to process up to 6 SBS racks with optional band module
  • Includes torque control and tube/cap presence detection
  • Offers optional labeling for sample traceability
  • Provides up to approx. 600 tubes per hour (depending on configuration)
