Yes. The CP620 comes with a 1-year warranty.

To use the CP600 or CP610, simply pull out the drawer and place a rack filled with tubes on top of it. Place the capmat, capband, or capcluster on the tubes and then push the drawer closed. The unit will automatically start capping the tubes.

The CP600 and CP610 can cap entire racks of 96 tubes in approximately 7 seconds (depending on tube height).

The CP600 and CP610 can cap internal thread tubes with push caps. These caps include the TPE Capmats, Capbands, Capclusters, and EVA Capmats from Micronic.

Yes. The Sigma96 can operate as a stand-alone instrument. It can also integrate into a fully-automated laboratory environment. Since users place the racks horizontally on the unit, robotic arms can more easily retrieve them.

The Sigma96 can cap, decap, or recap an entire rack of tubes in 30 seconds.

The Sigma96 is compatible with 96-well ANSI/SLAS format racks from brands like Micronic, FluidX, LVL Technologies, and Thermo Fisher. Other versions are available for 48-well format tubes and racks (Sigma48) and 24-well format tubes and racks (Sigma24).

Insert caps into the bowl feeder and turn the unit on. The bowl feeder automatically moves caps into the capping head. Insert a tube into the tube holder and press the front button. The machine will lift the tube for automatic capping. Remove the tube and place the next one in the tube holder. Repeat this process for every tube that needs capped.
